Tony Lu is an amazing PT who caters to all clients with an impressive depth of knowledge and experience. He is always there to greet you with a smile and ask you how you're doing, and he genuinely cares about your fitness goals and progress — a huge asset to this gym. If anyone wants to sign up for PT sessions, I highly recommend Tony.

I started with him a few months ago and the change I have experienced in terms of fitness is amazing. No more shortness of breath when I go up the stairs or carry my groceries. As any good PT, he will push you to achieve your goals, but he also understands your own limitations and work with you towards your goals. I highly recommend him, he is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had.

Equipment is taking over two months to be fixed they don't do maintenance. On weekends/public holidays there isn't people caring about cleaning or replacing products necessary like toilet paper!

I have observed the cleaners going above and beyond to keep the gym sanitized. The staff are all friendly and helpful! Tony is an amazing personal trainer who also goes above and beyond for all his clients. Five star recommendation!

He's really knowledgeable and helpful with workouts and advises you in the right direction of reaching your goals. He really pushes you to the limits with his workouts whilst also being really supportive. He is the best personal trainer I've ever had and would definitely highly recommend Tony to any of my friends or family wanting to get into the gym or even back into the gym to achieve their goals!
