  I was initially happy with the price but here I am regretting my decision to use this company and will never book again in future! Firstly, after I gave them the arrival time for our flight, we waited at the airport for an hour for a pick up. Regardless how many times I told them I had to get to work and was willing to get a taxi to the car hire place, they reassured me the driver was coming soon. I missed an important meeting as a result. The worst part is something I am STILL dealing with now - they issued a fine to me which was meant to be for someone else. They also charged a $99 admin fee for doing so. After they acknowledged the error, they haven't refunded the $99 fee and I'm now receiving the fine in the mail as well as it hasn't be reallocated to the correct vehicle. COME ON PEOPLE!

  Worst company ever. Car was dirty with a BBQ in the boot, they were 5 hours late delivering it. 2 weeks after picking up the car they had not refunded my deposit. I called 5 times in an effort to get my refund and was promised it was deposited in my account. I had to go into their office and demanded my refund. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend.
